While we have been hearing exciting rumours about the ZTE nubia Z9, the company has now officially announced the smartphone in China.
ZTE has announced the launch of the ZTE nubia Z9, which is the company’s latest flagship smartphone flaunting a completely bezel-less design. The device has a 5.2 inch Continuous Grain Silicon 2.5D display with One Glass Solution and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the 64-bit octa core Snapdragon 810 processor.
the ZTE nubia Z9 is available in the variants – the Classic Edition with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage; the Elite Edition with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage and the Top Edition with 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of internal storage and Three in one (TIO) fingerprint recognition technology present in the power key and volume keys that unlocks the smartphone with just a simple touch.
The ZTE nubia Z9 has a massive 16 MP rear facing auto focus camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor, 6p lenses and LED flash. There is also a front facing 8 MP camera with 80-degree wide-angle lens. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a decent 2900 mAh battery. The handset is expected to go on sale in China later this month. There is no update about the global rollout at this point.
