A few days back the first rumours of the ZTE Nubia X6 surfaced. While we thought it would be just a high end phablet with a slightly large display, turns out it is also fitted with an unimaginably large camera in front making it perfect for the selfie lovers.
ZTE Nubia X6 was unveiled today in Beijing with an extra-large 6.44 inch full HD display with thickness of just 7.9 mm. however, the most exciting part of the handset is the unexpected 13 MP front facing camera with backside illumination. The device is powered by the latest quad core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz along with 3 GB of RAM.
The ZTE Nubia X6 also has a similar rear facing 13 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, 5-element lens and OIS. The device has support for dual SIM and 4G LTE network. The handset comes with three noise cancelling mics for crystal clear voice recording. To add to it the device has a massive 4250 mAh battery.
The ZTE Nubia X6 would be available in three variants based on internal storage – 32 GB priced at $485, 64 GB priced at $565 and a massive 128 GB version priced at $645. It is quite obvious that there will not be a microSD card slot. Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that the handset would ever cross the China borders.
