Remember the powerful ZTE Grand Memo that was launched at the Mobile World Congress last month? The smartphone is now released in China but it doesn’t have the extra fast Snapdragon 800 that was announced at the Mobile World Congress.
It would seem that the ZTE Grand Memo would be launched with different specs for different regions. The ZTE Grand Memo launched in China is powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro. It has just 1 GB of RAM against the expected 2 GB.
The ZTE Grand Memo has a 5.7 inch display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The device is equipped with a 13 megapixel rear camera besides a 1 megapixel front facing camera. The smartphone has 16 GB on board storage but has no provision for memory expansion.
The ZTE Grand Memo runs the Android Jelly Bean OS. The device packs a 3200 mAh which assure a long run time. The phone in the Chinese markets currently costs 2688 Yuan ($432 USD). We hope to see the ZTE Grand Memo with the Snapdragon 800 processor soon.
