Chinese manufacturers are known to create high-end mobile look-a-likes and sell them for cheaper in the local markets. Samsung Galaxy S III has been the latest victim to this.
The new ZTE N909, which was launched recently, has a design very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S III, but we can’t yet call it a clone, as it has a different feel. Not only that, its also priced in a budget friendly range.
Obviously for the price, we couldn’t expect the specifications to compare to the Galaxy S III but it still does have a quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. The device priced at around $159 is available in 5 different colors. The ZTE N909 has a mere 5 megapixel rear camera and a very low 0.3 megapixel front facing camera. The device would be powered with Android Jelly Bean OS.
