While YU has been focusing on mid-range budget smartphones, the company now seems to be shifting its focus towards the high-end market.
YU, the subsidiary of Micromax, has started accepting registrations for its upcoming smartphone named the YU Yutopia. Right from the beginning, the company has been boasting that the YU Yutopia would be the world’s most powerful smartphone. While the phone is said to have hihg0end specs, sources suggest that the pricing would be very low, probably in the sub-Rs. 10000 range.
Rumours about the YU Yutopia reveal that the handset would flaunt a 5.2 inch full HD display. The smartphone is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor along with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. Also expected is a 21 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 8 MP camera.
