While Yu had launched the Yu Yureka, the company has now launched the bigger version – the Yu Yureka Plus.
Yu, the subsidiary of Micromax, has announced the launch of the Yu Yureka Plus, which is the company’s latest smartphone in the Yu series. The device has a 5.5 inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit 1.5 GHz octa core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Yu Yureka Plus has a 13 MP rear facing auto focus camera with f/2.2 aperture, Sony IMX214 sensor, 5P Largan Blue Lens and LED flash. There is also a front facing 5 MP camera. The device runs on the CyanogenMod OS 12 based on the Android Lollipop version with a 2500 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 9999 and is available in MoonDust Grey with polished finish and Limited Edition Alabastar White colour options.
