After the hype around its first Windows tablet that it recently launched, Xolo is now actively looking to pursue the Windows Phone platform, this time with its first Windows Phone smartphone – the Xolo Win Q900s.
Xolo has announced the launch of the Xolo Win Q900s, which is not only the company’s first Windows Phone handset but is also touted to be the world’s lightest Windows Phone handset at just 100 grams. The device has a 4.7 inch HD OGS display with scratch resistant Dragon Trail Glass. The handset is powered by a quad core Snapdragon 200 processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Xolo Win Q900s has an 8 MP rear facing PureCel camera with a LED flash. There is also a front facing 2 MP camera. The phone has dual SIM support with 3G connectivity. The handset is priced at Rs. 11999 and will start shipping in the second week of July. As an introductory offer, Xolo is offering the handset for pre-order at just Rs. 9999.
