While Xolo has been very competitive in the tablet segment mainly because of the NVidia Tegra Note devices, the company seem to be planning to try its hand at Windows tablets.
Sources have revealed that Xolo, which is known for its affordable Android smartphones, is soon launching its first Windows tablet. The tablet named Xolo Win would sport a massive 10.1 inch display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The device is said to be powered by a dual core AMD A4-1200 processor clocked at 1 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM.
The Xolo Win is said to run Windows 8.1 and would come bundled with the Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013 suite, making it an even more exciting deal. The tablet is supposed to have a 2 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 1 MP camera. The company’s first Windows tablet is expected to be priced at Rs. 22000.
