XOLO has just announced a new addition to the company’s Q CORE series of smartphones, the XOLO Q1001. The Q1001 is a budget smartphone but comes with some pretty decent specs.
The XOLO Q1001 comes with a 5-inch FWVGA (854x480p) display and it’s powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor. The device packs in a modest 512 MB RAM for your multitasking needs.
The budget smartphone features 4 gigs of internal storage along with microSD expansion up to 32 GB. On the camera front, the XOLO Q1001 packs in a 5 MP rear camera with flash and a VGA front facing camera.
Android 4.4 KitKat runs the show here and the connectivity options include Dual SIM, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. A 2000 mAh battery provides the juice for the smartphone.
The specs are almost identical to the XOLO A1010, which was launched last month but for the chipset. Well, the XOLO Q1001 will go on sale in India soon for Rs. 6,199 and it will be available Black and White color options.
