As announced earlier, Xolo has officially launched the Xolo Play Tegra Note, which is the localised version of the recently released NVidia Tegra Note, which is powered by the Tegra 4 processor.
The Xolo Play Tegra Note has a 7 inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.8 GHz quad core NVidia Tegra 4 processor with Cortex – A15 CPU along with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. There is also a 72 Core NVidia GeForce GPU which enhances the gaming capabilities of the device.
The Xolo Play Tegra Note comes equipped with a stylus with chisel and brush tips for easier usage. The stylus uses the NVidia DirectStylus Technology which provides a responsive stylus experience with finer point and broader stroke control. There is a rear facing 5 MP camera that uses the Tegra 4 processing power and the NVidia Chimera computational photography architecture for better pictures. There is also a front facing VGA camera.
The Xolo Play Tegra Note runs on the near stock Android v4.2 with the Android v4.3 update expected shortly as the software updates are received directly from NVidia. The tablet is priced at Rs. 17999.
