While we have been hearing quite a few rumours about Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi smartphone, the handset just passed through TENAA in China.
The upcoming Xiaomi Redmi 4 and the Redmi 4A were spotted at TENAA. While the Redmi 4 is known to be the successor of the Redmi 3, the Redmi 4A is said to be the affordable variant of the handset. Interestingly, both the smartphone flaunt a 5 inch display with a full metal body and a fingerprint scanner.
Rumours suggest that the Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A would differ in terms of processor and battery. While the Redmi 4 is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 625 processor with 3 GB of RAM, the Redmi 4A is said to run on the Snapdragon 425 processor with 2 GB of RAM. The official announcement is expected soon.
