Until now, all we knew about the Xiaomi Redmi 3 was that it is powered by a Snapdragon 616 SoC and backed by 4100mAh battery, with the unveiling on January 12. Now, just a day before the unveiling, Xiaomi has officially confirmed the device with its pricing details.The Xiaomi Redmi 3 is officially unveiled in China today. The company also shared an image on its Weibo account revealing the pricing of the Redmi 3. The Redmi 3 will be priced at RMB 699, which is around $107.Xiaomi also confirmed that the Redmi 3 will feature a diamond-patterned metal frame along with 5-inch display, Snapdragon 616 SoC, 4100mAh battery, support for external storage, and, a 13MP rear camera with focus speed of 0.1 seconds. Not just that, the Redmi 3 is also thinner by 0.9mm than its predecessor Redmi 2.
