Along with the launch of Redmi Note 3, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has also been launched today. The Mi Pad 2 will be offered in two variants, one will be powered by Android OS, and the other one will be powered by Windows 10. No, neither us, nor you are sleepy. We wrote it right it. Under the hood is a 2.4GHz Intel Atom X5-Z85007 64-bit octa-core processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The graphics department is taken care by Intel’s HD Graphics. The Mi Pad 2 will come with 16GB and 64GB of internal storage.
This tablet boasts off a 7.9-inch display having a pixel density of 326ppi. The Mi Pad 2 also has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. It also has a USB Type-C port which means you don’t have to see which side is up.
This device will be offered in two colors, you can either choose the Dark Grey color, or, the Champagne Gold. Xiaomi has also said that the Mi Pad 2 will come in two variants, one running on MIUI 7 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and the other running on Windows 10. The Windows 10 version will be available in December.

The 16GB version of the Mi Pad 2 is priced at RMB 999 which is ₹10,382 in Indian currency. Whereas the 64GB version is priced at RMB 1299 which is ₹13,500 in Indian currency.
There’s no word regarding the availability of the Mi Pad 2 as well as the Redmi Note 3 in other markets.
