Just a few days back we reported the leaked pricing of the alleged Xiaomi Mi 6 and the mysterious Mi 6 Plus. Now the specs and other details of the handsets has surfaced.
According to reports from Slashleaks, Xiaomi is indeed working on two variants of its flagship – the Mi 6 and the Mi 6 Plus. As rumoured earlier, both the smartphones are expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at 2.45 GHz. Also expected is a fingerprint scanner embedded in the Home button.
The regular Mi 6 is expected to maintain the 5.15 inch display size whereas the Mi 6 Plus would have a slightly bigger 5.7 inch display. The major difference however is that the Mi 6 Plus would alone get the 12 MP dual camera setup while the Mi 6 would have a 19 MP Sony sensor.
The report suggests that the Mi 6 would be available in 4 GB and 6 GB RAM variants with 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB storage options. Similarly, the Mi 6 Plus is said to have 6 GB of RAM with 64 GB and 128 GB storage options. However, pricing rumours indicate that the Mi 6 Plus may also be available in 8 GB RAM variant with 256 GB of storage.
