Just after hearing early rumours about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5s, quite a few interesting details have now surfaced.
According to sources, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5s would employ the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor from Qualcomm called as Snapdragon Sense ID. The sensor banks upon ultrasonic 3D scanning. Interestingly, the technology is said to work through all kind of surfaces including glass, sapphire, metal, aluminium, and plastic.
Besides this, rumours suggest that the Xiaomi Mi 5s would flaunt a 5.15 inch display and would be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor along with 6 GB of Ram and 256 GB storage on-board. Also expected is a 16 MP dual rear camera setup and a 3490 mAh battery. We are expecting the official announcement soon.
