While the Xiaomi Mi 4 is yet to be launched in the Indian market, the company is all set to launch the next flagship handset early next year.
Xiaomi President, Bin Lin, revealed that the company would be unveiling its next flagship smartphone early next month. While the company didn’t specifically mention the announcement date, sources in the know claim that we can expect the announcement on January 15. The source also claim that the company may also unveil the successor to the Redmi 1S, Redmi Note and the Mi Pad.
According to rumours, the Xiaomi Mi 5 would flaunt a massive 5.7 inch display with super high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The handset is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 810 processor. Also expected is a 20.7 MP camera with the Sony Exmor sensor and a finger print scanner. We should be hearing more details soon.
