While Xiaomi is getting set to launch the flagship Mi 4 in India this week, the company is having a special sale for the Mi 3 in India on the occasion of Republic Day.
The Xiaomi Mi 3, which was discontinued in India in August last year, will go on sale today for the last time before the launch of the Mi 4. While the device would be sold exclusively through Flipkart, the procedure to get a device is slightly different this time around.
There would be no flash sale for the Xiaomi Mi 3 but instead the company will open up registrations today at 12 p.m. and would continue till 2 p.m. Users are instructed to like the Xiaomi India Facebook post and share it with at least 3 friends. After this, the user is required to submit the Flipkart registered email id on the registration link. The devices would be added to the cart automatically by 5 p.m. on a first come first serve basis.
