With Xiaomi inching closer to the completion of its first year in the Indian market, the company seems to have some major announcements tomorrow to celebrate the achievement.
Xiaomi, which would complete its first anniversary of entering into the Indian market on July 22, has sent out teasers of new announcements scheduled for tomorrow. While the teaser didn’t mention any handset, it said “move 4 to double” to the image of matchsticks forming 16. Clearly the company is hinting towards the 32 GB variant of some handset, which we presume would be the Mi 4i.
The 32 GB variant would be just one of the many other announcements expected to come tomorrow on the occasion of the company’s first anniversary in India. The company has promised weeklong offers for its fans in India. Considering the market share it has captured in India owning to its affordably priced smartphones, it is just that the company thanks its customers.
