While the Huawei Ascend P6 created waves globally when it was launched, being the worlds thinnest smartphone, the company has now launched the device in India.
The Huawei Ascend P6 has a 4.7 inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The smartphone, which is known as the world’s slimmest smartphone till now, measuring just 6.18 mm, can slip into the tiniest of pockets or clutch bags. The device is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad core K3V2 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
The Huawei Ascend P6 has 8 MP rear facing BSI camera with F2.0 aperture and 4cm macro view and supports 1080p video recording and playback. There is also a 5 MP front facing camera. The device runs on the latest Android Jelly Bean OS with Huawei’s Emotion UI, which includes Uni-Home including enhanced security, Huawei’s Me Widget and MagicTouch, panoramic shoot and facial recognition photography functions.
The Huawei Ascend P6 has a 2000 mAh battery with the Automated Discontinuous Reception (ADRX) and Quick Power Control (QPC) battery optimization and power saving technology which improves performance by up to 30 percent. The device is available in India black and white, priced at Rs. 29999.
