In a bid to pacify its customers, Vodafone is offering voice minutes to the customers facing call drop issues.
Vodafone has announced a new initiative as part of its Vodafone Delights bonanza, where it will offer free 10 minute talk time to customers facing call drops. However, the free talk time credit can be availed only once during the month -long bonanza and is applicable only for Vodafone-to-Vodafone calls in the same circle.
To avail the talk time benefit from the Vodafone Delights bonanza, customers facing call drops need to send an SMS ‘BETTER’ on 199. The operator would then credit 10 Vodafone voice minutes to the number within 30 minutes. The free minutes will be valid till next day midnight for prepaid customers, and for post-paid customers, till the end of the billing cycle.
