With smartphone makers increasing the focus on cameras to give an all-round experience, Vivo is planning a similar camera-centric phone.
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo is teasing an upcoming camera-centric smartphone called the Vivo Xshot. The device is said to feature a 24 MP rear facing Sony camera lens with Exmor RS technology. The camera would have a very large f/1.8 aperture besides optical image stabilization (OIS) and dual LED flash, thus making it the perfect choice for photography fans.
Sources in the know claim that the Vivo Xshot would feature a full HD display and would be powered by the new Snapdragon 801 processor along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Also expected is a precise 7.68 MP front facing camera. As of now there is no word on the release or even global availability. Meanwhile Samsung is gearing to launch its camera centric Galaxy K aka Galaxy S5 Zoom.
