The Vivo X7 was teased by the company more than a week ago. While there weren’t much concrete details available at that time, thanks to the TENAA certification, we now know what the device packs.
Going by the TENAA listing, the Vivo X7 is powered by a 1.8 GHz Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor which is paired with 4 GB RAM and Adreno 510 GPU. It has a 5.2-inch OLED display which has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The Vivo X7 is running on Android 5.1 Lollipop but we hope that it will be running on Android Marshmallow out of the box by the time it’s available for purchase. The photography department consists of a 16 MP front camera and a 13 MP rear camera. Yes, you read it right, selfies will hopefully be a lot of fun with 16 MP front facing camera.
The Vivo X7 has 64 GB of internal storage and the company has equipped this device with a 2930 mAh battery to keep it running. However, going by the TENAA listing, the Vivo X7 might just be available in two colors – Gold and Rose Gold. If you are someone who doesn’t like either of those colors, you will have to look somewhere else. Oh, and by the way, the home button also houses a fingerprint scanner, just in case you were wondering.
The Vivo X7 will be launched on June 30 along with Vivo X7 Plus so we don’t have to wait much for details on pricing and availability.
