It comes with zero balance and lifetime validity. To activate the SIM First Recharge of atleat Rs. 10 is necessary. Apart from Rs. 10 other FRC denominations are Rs. 25, Rs. 40, Rs. 50 and Rs. 100. Default call rates are Re. 1/min for local calls and Rs. 1.5 for STD calls.Two Tariffs – Pay Per Minute and Pay Per Second – are available to reduce the default call rates.
