So we thought that Toshiba’s 13 inch tablet was a huge beast and that no company could come out with such a huge size, but it seems that ViewSonic is here to prove us wrong and surprise us at the same time.
In an invitation that the company has sent out, the company is planning to unveil a whooping 22 inch tablet or shall we call it Mobilet (Monitor + Tablet) which it is planning to launch under the company’s ‘Touch and Connect’ series at the Computex in Taipei on June 5.
The ‘Smart Business Tablet Monitor’ would go on to run on the latest version of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. And it is also being said that same tablet will be running on Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 8 OS.
ViewSonic is also said to be entering the ‘Cloud market’ with its own Cloud computing solution. The 22 inch tablet is being targeted at business consumers as it would be helpful for business people in many ways. The screen resolution is expected to be awesome and it should arrive with a power cord for sure as we wonder how much battery the tablet would carry under it.
