Uninor has announced a new Special Tariff Voucher – STV 22 in Andhra Pradesh that allows Uninor customers to make local calls on its network at 2 paisa per minute across Andhra Pradesh. Uninor claims that these are the most competitive on-net call rates available in the circle. The STV comes with a validity of one month.
