It seems after the new additions of Xperia S, P, U and Sola to its Xperia range of smartphones, Sony is readying its next set of devices which will go on to launch in the coming months.
Just yesterday we saw what could go on to be the Sony LT29i Hayabusa and launch in June, today we see pictures of Sony ST21i Tapioca pop up, which goes on to be an entry-level Android device from Sony.
The specs of the Tapioca are confirmed to be the same as to the ones which leaked back in January. The Tapioca will arrive with run on a single-core 800MHz Qualcomm chip with 512MB of RAM. The ST21i Tapioca will arrive with a small 3.2 inch display with an HVGA display resolution which is a bit raised, thus borrowing a little bit of design from the Sony Xperia Sola.

There will be a 3 MP camera minus Flash on the rear and the video recording capability will be limited to a VGA resolution. It’ll be powered by a 1460mAh battery and run on the latest Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich OS out-of-the-box. If you ask us about the price of the device, then according to previous leak, the Tapioca will arrive with a price tag of €146.
Oh and there is another variant of the Tapioca called the Tapioca DS which may be priced around €168 and may have little better specs than the ST21i given a little increase in the price tag.
