Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (TTML), the CDMA Mobile and Fixed Wireless service operator has announce that it has been rated as the only congestion-free network for the sixth consecutive time, by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), in its geographies.In the report for the third quarter of the financial year 2009-10, TTML’s network has recorded zero congestion across all its points of interconnect (POI). The report, which TRAI releases quarterly, gauges the seamless availability of telecom services. This is the sixth successive TRAI report that has rated TTML as the best network provider in its geographies.
Commenting on this achievement, Haridev Khosla, president, network, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), said, “We are extremely happy that our network has yet again been rated as the only congestion-free network, six times on the trot! In spite of the increase in our subscriber base, careful monitoring of our systems and immediate augmentation for high-traffic cell sites have held our network in good stead. This achievement stands testimony to our endeavour in ensuring that we provide top-quality services for our customers.”
