With the increasing demand for tablets with faster processors, MTV and Swipe Telecom have announced the launch of the first quad core 3G tablet in India.
The Swipe MTV Slate is a 7.85 inch tablet with IPS display and resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. The device, which supports voice calling via 3G networks, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor along with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory.
The Swipe MTV Slate is equipped with a 5 MP camera and runs on the Android v4.2.2. The device has 3200 mAh battery. As an inaugural offer, the tablet is available for pre-booking at Rs. 14999 along with a free business cover worth Rs. 2500.
