While many Indian handset makers are focusing towards the entry-level smartphone market, Spice has quietly launched the Spice Stellar 440.
Spice has released the Spice Stellar 440, which the company’s latest affordable entry-level smartphone in the Stellar series. The device has a 4 inch IPS display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.0 GHz dual core processor with just 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage.
The Spice Stellar 440 has a 3.2 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 1.3 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 1400 mAh battery. The smartphone has built-in Analog TV support which would allow the users to connect to TV channels. However, it would only support channels like Doordarshan and not cable TV channels. The handset is priced at Rs. 4199.
