While Google is all set to take the wraps off its ambitious Android One project tomorrow, one of the first Android One handset by Spice was spotted on Flipkart.
The Spice Android One Dream UNO Mi-498, which is Spice’s first Android One smartphone and would be officially announced tomorrow, surfaced on the Flipkart website. Though the listing was pulled down almost immediately, we got enough time to have a look at the specs and even a peek at the device.
The Spice Android One Dream UNO has a 4.5 inch display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage. The device is equipped with a 5 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 2 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 1700 mAh battery. The handset is priced at Rs. 6999 and is expected to be available exclusively from Flipkart from September 15, 3:30 p.m.
