As we are nearing the Mobile World Congress, 2013 which is scheduled to be held at the end of the month, more leaks on the possible device launches are flowing in and this time it is the LG Optimus L3 II, Optimus L5 II and the Optimus L7 II.
The LG L-Series went on to cross the combined sales of 10 million units back in December 2012 and according to the leak, the upgraded smartphones are indeed packing in some decent specs.
First is the LG Optimus L3 II which is expected to arrive with a 1 GHz processor, while the 3.2-inch display has been upped from the TFT Capacitive to IPS capacitive display. Details point out that the camera has also been improved from the previous 3.2 MP to 5 MO on the LG Optimus L3 II.
Coming to the LG Optimus L5 II, the 4-inch smartphone will have a 800 x 480 pixels display while the processor has been upgraded to 1 GHz Cortex A9 from the 800 MHz Cortex A5 on the predecessor coupled with the PowerVR SGX531 GPU. The OS that the device will run is expected to be the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
Last but not the least is the LG Optimus L7 II which will pegged to arrive with a 4.3-inch 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8225 processor with Adreno 203 GPU with 786 MB RAM. The camera on the device is expected to be of 8 MP with a 2460 mAh battery and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
The smartphones are expected to be unveiled by LG at the MWC along side the LG Optimus G Pro with a 5.5-inch full-HD display.
