While the Sony Xperia Z1 has just entered the Indian shores recently, sources claim that like Samsung, Sony would also launch the mini version of its flagship device, but slightly differently.
According to sources, Sony is working on the smaller version of the Sony Xperia Z1 aka Sony Honami Mini which has model number SO-02F and would be called as the Sony Xperia Z1 f. While most of the manufacturers, usually downgrade their specs for the Mini version, Sony has apparently not compromised and just reduced the display size.
The Sony Xperia Z1 f would feature a 4.3 inch display with 720p display. The device would sport the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. The smartphone would also have the same 20.7 MP G Lens camera as seen on the Xperia Z1. The device would run on the Android v4.2.2 with 2300 mAh battery.
