After major leaks and rumours, Sony has finally announced the much awaited phablet which was codenamed Togari. The device not only impressed everyone with its design but also its advanced specs.
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra has a 6.44 inch OLED display making the phablet the largest device from the company. The 1080p display uses Sony’s OptiContrast and X-Reality technology. The device is the first to be powered with the fastest processor, a 2.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. The processor also has support for 4G LTE communications.
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is not just the largest phone for Sony but also the world’s thinnest Full HD phone measuring just 6.5 mm. The phone is equipped with an 8 MP Exmor RS sensor. The device has superior water and dust resistance. The device packs in a 3000 mAh battery which said to provide 120 hours of audio playback.
