Here’s more from Sony. We last heard the Sony Xperia U making it way to Indian online stores for pre-order, today we see another Xperia handset, the Xperia Sola, playing the same trick.
The handset was introduced in India with the launch of the flagship Xperia S smartphone and it features Sony’s new ‘Floating Touch’ technology that lets you interact with the phone without touching it through hand gestures. It lets you control the user interface by letting your finger hover above the screen. Floating touch enables the phone to register your finger up to 20mm above the screen.
The device is available for pre-order over at Flipkart and at Infibeam for Rs. 19,999 but this isn’t the official prices as Sony hasn’t made any official announcement.
