After launching the Xperia Z1f in Japan along with NTT DoCoMo, Sony has now announced the Sony Xperia A2 in Japan.
Sony in association with leading Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo has unveiled the Sony Xperia A2, which is strikingly similar to the Xperia Z1 Compact. The device has a 4.3 inch display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the superfast quad core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Sony Xperia A2 has a 20.7 MP rear facing camera with Exmor RS sensor and LED flash. There is also a front facing 2.2 MP camera capable of 720p video recording. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 2300 mAh battery. The handset is available Lavender, White, Grey Black and Orange colours but is expected to be limited to Japan only.
