The next camera phone that we all are eagerly waiting for is the Sony Honami i1, which even though may not be comparable to the Nokia Lumia 1020, would feature a thin and sleek design.
The release details of the Sony Honami i1 aka the Sony Xperia i1 are hardly known but now the device has been spotted at the FCC and sources predict that we could see the device as soon as September. According to documentation of the FCC, the package expired by the end of September thus hinting that the device might be launched by then.
As of what we have heard till now, the Sony Xperia i1 would features a 5 inch 1080p triluminuous display with the X-reality engine. The device is said to be powered by a 2.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. As for the camera we can expect a 20 MP sensor with the Sony G Lens and BIONZ image Processing engine.
