Recently we have been hearing quite a few rumours about the successor of the Sony Xperia Z1. While there has been confusion, considering that the company is working on more than one smartphone simultaneously, we just got our hands on the image of the upcoming flagship alongside the current one.
The Sony D6503, more popularly known as the Sony Sirius which is supposedly the successor to the Xperia Z1, was pictured alongside the Xperia Z1, giving a glimpse at the device. The pictures reveal that the Sony D6503 is slightly bigger than the Xperia Z1 and has a slightly larger display, which we can now comfortably assume to be 5.2 inches.
The Sony D6503 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 800 processor along with a massive 3 GB of RAM. Also expected is the recently released Android KitKat version. While it is still not confirmed whether this device is the Xperia Z2 or just a plain refresh of the Xperia Z1, it definitely would be seen over the next few weeks.
Expected specs of the Sony D6503:
- 5.2 inch display
- 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution

- 3 GB RAM
- 16 GB internal memory
