While we all remember the super waterproof Xperia Z tablet from Sony, the company has innovated the tablet further to be used as a tool for cooking thus making work easier.
Sony has announced the launch of the Kitchen Edition of the Sony Xperia Tablet Z for cooking purposes. The tablet is paired with the iGrill Bluetooth meat thermometer. The tablet has $115 worth of cooking and recipe apps besides a portable stand to use the tablet for reading while cooking.
The tablet, with its 10.1 inch display, has a wireless thermometer, which can be used to read the temperatures besides the Food Planner Pro app which helps to integrated meal plan, inventory database, grocery list and recipe collection that can sync between multiple devices and can be used to plan meals, import recipes, track inventory, create grocery lists and share it all in real time with other members of your family. The tablet is priced at $649.
