With around 30 cases going on in 10 countries the Patent-War between Samsung and Apple is getting interesting. And in a recent change of events a French court, denied Samsung’s request to for a preliminary ban on the sale of Apple’s latest iPhone 4S.
Earlier a U.S. court had rejected Apple’s request to stop Samsung from selling its Galaxy Smartphones and tablets in the U.S. market, saying the Korean had copied Apple’s iPad and iPhone designs slavishly.

And then in Australia, a court lifted the preliminary sales ban on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 which was imposed on it earlier, while the sales of the iPhone 4S were allowed to continue after the court decided to hear a patent infringement case brought by Samsung in March.
As for now, ‘You win some, you lose some’ is what suits Samsung and Apple the most.
