Samsung has launched its Z2 smartphone in India powered by Tizen OS. Samsung Z2 is the thrid generation of the Samsung Z series, direct successor to its Z1 and Z3 models. Surprisingly, the Samsung Z2 uses a Tizen OS while many other phones use Android based operating system.
Samsung Z2 is a 4G enabled smartphone with VoLTE support and stands among the cheapeast 4G smarthpones. The smartphone comes a number of features that you have seen in the Galaxy series like the S-bike mode, Ultra Data Saving mode, and with preloaded apps from Reliance Jio.
The handset flaunts a 4.0-inch WVGA TFT display (800 x 480 pixels resolution), a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB of RAM. Moreover, Z2 further sports an 8GB of onboard storage which can also be expanded using MicroSD card up to 128GB. Samsung Z2 runs on Tizen OS 2.4. Moving to the cameras of the phone, the Z2 comes with a 5 MP rear camera and a 0.3 MP VGA front camera. As for the battery, the phone is power by a 1,500 mAh battery.

The Samsung Z2 is available in Black, White, Wine Red and Gold colors. It will be available for ₹4,590 on August 29th exclusively on Paytm online as well as offline retail stores. Upon buying, the users can avail the Reliance Jio Preview offer that includes the unlimited 4G mobile data and voice calling for 90 days. In addition, the user can also get access to the premium Jio apps such as My Jio, Jio on Demand, Jio Beats, all with unlimited movies and TV shows, and music streaming in multiple languages.
