After Samsung confirmed that the Android KitKat update would be rolled out to as many as 14 Galaxy devices, the company has started pushing out the update to the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition).
The Android KitKat v4.4.2 update has started rolling out for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) Wi-Fi only model in Columbia. Other regions including India is expected to receive the update over the next few days. You can check if the update is available by going to Settings > General > About phone > Software updates.
The Android v4.4.2 KitKat update for the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) will add features which include white status bar icons, support for wireless printing, camera access from the lock screen, enhanced sound controls for specific Samsung apps, full screen album art, an option to select the default home and SMS apps, besides other stability improvements.
