While it’s been a long time that Samsung has come out with a new tablet, the company seems to be working on one, which will compete with the likes of the Nexus 10.
According to sources, Samsung is working on the Roma tablet which is a 10.1 inch device and has specs almost similar to the Google Nexus 10. The tablet would have the same resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixel (299 ppi) as in the Nexus 10.
Even the hardware, the 1.7 GHz dual core Samsung Exynos 5 processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, is the same as the Nexus 10. The Roma tablet, unlike Nexus 10 stock Android, would feature Samsung’s TouchWiz UI. The tablet would also have 4G LTE support with a massive 9000 mAh battery.
