Just a month after unveiling the new generation Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7, Samsung is now all set to launch the handset in India.
Samsung has sent out press invites for its upcoming launch event scheduled for May 9. While the invite doesn’t specifically mention any handset, we are expecting the new Galaxy J5 (2016) and the Galaxy J7 (2016) to be announced at the event. Samsung seems to be moving fast with its affordable line-up ahead of the upcoming launches of a series of affordable smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) has a 5.2 inch HD display and is powered by the quad core Snapdragon 410 processor. Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) has a 5.5 inch full HD display and is powered by the octa core Exynos 7870 processor. The handsets are also equipped with a 13 MP rear facing camera and a front facing 5 MP camera.
