Samsung has a big share of devices running Android and that has led to some of Samsung’s apps becoming as popular with Android users as some Google apps. And some of them are pretty good too. But most of those apps only come pre-installed on Samsung devices. Now Samsung is taking steps to ensure that its apps are in reach of every Android user.
By making Samsung Internet Browser(non-beta) officially available for a select Nexus and Pixel devices. The Beta version of the browser was also compatible with some Nexus and Pixel devices. As of now the LG Nexus 5, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, and Huawei Ascend Mate 2 are supported. The app will work only for Android 5.0 or higher.
The Samsung Internet Browser has good ratings and features easy to use gestures with the latest update. The browser also has extensions to add functionality like the Chrome Browser. The Chromium engine does the job of loading web pages fairly fast. You can get the app from APKMirror if for some reason you can’t download it from Google Play Store.
