Remember the Samsung GT-i9260 whose test images appeared online and which was supposedly going to be the next Nexus smartphone but actually went on to appear as the Galaxy Premier?
Well, now the smartphone has now been spotted in the wild in real flesh (as above) and matches the image which leaked earlier this month.
The image was posted by Twitter user @evleaks who has a great track record when it comes to image and specs leaks so we could probably trust this one. There are no details on the specification that have been provided so we are going to recollect the ones which we have seen before.
As per the previous leaks, the Samsung Galaxy GT-i9260 Premier is said to arrive with:
- 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD display
- Display resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels
- 1.5 GHz Dual core Cortex A9 processor
- PowerVR SGX544 GPU
- 8 MP rear facing camera
- 2 MP front facing shooter
- 8/16 GB internal storage
- Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean
- Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Wi-Fi, microUSB 2.0
The 4.65-inch screen suggests that Samsung will target the Galaxy Premier to users who wish to have a smartphone between the 4-incher Galaxy S III Mini and the 4.8 incher Galaxy S III.
We do not know when Samsung will make this smartphone official but as the device itself has been pictured now, the announcement might just be weeks away.
