With Samsung quickly closing in on the gap between smartphones and tablet devices, the company seems to be ready with a surprising device – the Samsung Galaxy W.
The Samsung Galaxy W, which was spotted in the promo image in China, is apparently a tablet which will double up as a big smartphone. The device has very thin bezels making it look more like a phone than a tablet. The tablet has a 7 inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio.
The Samsung Galaxy W is expected to be powered by an unknown quad core processor along with 1.5 GB of RAM. Also expected is an 8 MP rear facing camera. The tablet is expected to run the Android Jelly Bean version. We can expect the device to be announced in the next few weeks and can hope to see it released globally.
