Last week, we saw the leaked image of Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 along with S Pen, and, three days ago, we got a look at this tablet along with its keyboard. Well now today, more images of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 have surfaced online, and this time, they also give us a look at its specifications.
The design of the Galaxy Tab S3 is in line with what we have seen through the past leaks. However, this time, we are getting a look at the tablet from its bottom which reveals USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack, twin speakers, and of course, antenna lines. The Galaxy Tab S3 will ship with S Pen, however, you will have to shell out extra money if you want the keyboard which can be connected to the Tab S3 via pogo pins.
Speaking of specifications, the Galaxy Tab S3 will be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC and will be laced with 4 GB of RAM. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and comes with Vulkan API for better gaming performance. The tablet boasts off a 9.7-inch Super AMOLED display which has a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels with 4:3 aspect ratio.
There are two variants of the Galaxy Tab S3 – Wi-Fi and LTE. While the Wi-Fi variant weighs 429 grams, the LTE variant is relatively on a heavier side with 434 grams. The Galaxy Tab S3 comes with 32 GB of storage on board, but, you can expand the storage up to 256 GB via microSD card if you wish to.
Also, the Galaxy Tab S3 not only has two speakers at the bottom, but there are two more speakers on the top, and all four of them are tuned by AKG. Apart from this, the tablet also has a 13 MP camera at the back and a 5 MP camera on the front. There’s a physical home button below the display which houses the fingerprint scanner. Lastly, powering this massive tablet is a 6000 mAh battery which comes with Adaptive Fast Charging technology.
As of now, there’s no information about the price of the Galaxy Tab S3, however, Samsung is expected to unveil it on February 26 so we should know more about this tablet soon.
