While Samsung has been focussing mainly on its smartphone line-up, the company has now launched the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, which is the successor to the Galaxy Tab S. The tablet comes in two variants with 8 inch display and 9.7 inch display and resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core Exynos processor with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 has an 8 MP rear facing auto focus camera. There is also a front facing 2.1 MP camera. The device runs on the Android Lollipop version with a decent 4000 mAh battery. The tablet is 4G LTE enabled with support for a fingerprint scanner. The tablet would rollout globally starting from August 2015.
