After launching quite a few smartphones yesterday, including the flagship Galaxy Note 4, Samsung is back with the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active.
Samsung has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, which the company’s first dust and water-resistant tablet with anti-shock covering that can withstand drops from up to 1.2 meters. The device has an 8 inch TFT display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core processor with 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active has a small 3.1 MP rear facing auto focus camera with LED flash. There is also a front facing 1.2 MP camera. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat version with a 4450 mAh battery. The tablet comes equipped with a stylus called C-Pen.
