While it’s quite very common for us to see almost every device of Samsung using either the Snapdragon or the Exynos processor, we are forced to believe that the company wants to experiment with other famous processors too.
According to a GL Benchmark test, a device with the model number GT-P5200 will feature a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 Clover Trail+ processor along with an PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU for the graphics. Now we all know that GT-PXXXX is the naming scheme adopted by Samsung for its tablets.
Though it is not yet confirmed, considering that the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 had model number GT-P5100, we can expect the GT-P5200 to be the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. While we had already reported about a high performance GT-P5200 device spotted at the AnTuTu benchmarks, it wasn’t even expected that the 1.6 GHz processor would be from Intel.
